LLMOps / GenAI
3 certs · 12 testsAbout the GenAI certifications here
This group collects certifications about building applications on large language models, from three vendors. All of them test whether you can take a model and turn it into something that works in production, with retrieval, tools, agents, evaluation and guardrails, rather than whether you can train a model from scratch.
- Anthropic runs a small certification program built around Claude. Its exams are Claude Certified Associate – Foundations, Developer – Foundations, Architect – Foundations and Architect – Professional. They are currently open only to people who work at organizations in the Claude Partner Network, and you register with a company email address on your organization's partner record. This site covers Architect – Foundations (CCA-F), which tests design judgement across the Claude API, the Agent SDK, Claude Code and the Model Context Protocol.
- Databricks sorts its certifications by role and level, with Associate and Professional tiers. The Generative AI Engineer Associate is for people who design, build and deploy GenAI solutions on the Databricks platform, such as RAG apps and agents served and governed through MLflow and Unity Catalog.
- Microsoft offers Applied Skills credentials alongside its role-based certifications. An Applied Skills credential covers one product scenario rather than a whole job role, and you earn it by completing tasks in a hands-on lab instead of answering exam questions. The one here is about building a generative AI chat app with the Microsoft Foundry SDK.
Which exam to start with
Pick by the platform you work on. If you build with Claude and your employer is a Claude partner, CCA-F is the most complete preparation on this site for any of these exams. If your data already lives in Databricks, start with the Generative AI Engineer Associate, and consider the Machine Learning Associate in the MLOps group if you also train classic models. If you work on Azure and want a quick, practical credential, the Microsoft Foundry Applied Skills lab is the shortest of the three.
How the practice questions here work
Each cert is split into tests of 10 questions. Every question explains why the right answer is right and why each wrong option is wrong, links to the vendor documentation it is based on, and has its own page you can open directly. CCA-F has the most tests here and two full practice exams that copy the real one's length, timing and domain weights. The Databricks and Microsoft banks are smaller and still growing. Your scores are kept in your browser, and you can sign in to sync them between devices.
These questions are original. This site is not affiliated with Anthropic, Databricks or Microsoft.
